This page explains what this website collects, why, and the choices you have. AGC Analytics is based in Hampshire, United Kingdom. For anything about your data, email info@agcanalytics.co.uk.
When you send an enquiry
The contact form asks for your name, email address and message, and optionally your company and phone number. We use them only to reply to you.
Each enquiry is stored in a database hosted by Cloudflare and emailed to our inbox, which is hosted by Microsoft 365. Cloudflare Turnstile checks that the form is being used by a person rather than a bot.
We keep enquiries for 12 months after our last contact with you, then delete them.
Analytics
With your consent where the law requires it, we use Google Analytics (loaded through Google Tag Manager) to see how many people visit, which pages they read, roughly where they are and what device they use. We also count when someone sends the contact form or uses our email address. Names, email addresses and messages are never sent to Google.
Google's scripts load through our own domain (the /metrics path) instead of directly from Google. This doesn't change what is collected or the choices you make here.
If you decline analytics, Google's tags don't set cookies. Under Google Consent Mode they may still send basic signals without cookies or identifiers, which Google uses for modelled, aggregate reporting.
Cookies
In the UK, the EU and EEA, Switzerland and Quebec, analytics and marketing cookies stay off until you choose, and a banner asks you. Elsewhere, analytics is on by default and there's no banner. Anyone can change their choice at any time with "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page. Turning analytics off there also deletes the analytics cookies already set.
If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, advertising storage stays off whatever else you choose. Your choice is kept for 6 months, after which we ask again.

No marketing cookies are set today. The Marketing switch controls any that are added later.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or object to how we use it, by emailing info@agcanalytics.co.uk. If you're unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
